To use 9bit, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be legally capable and have the capacity to enter into a contract of your own accord.
• The information registered on the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

9bit reserves the right to request documents for age verification at any time if deemed necessary. The account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and accumulated balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and identity information at the time of registration.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• 9bit will never ask for your login details via email or chat — any such request is fraudulent.

You are responsible for all activities conducted from your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if proven, will result in the account being closed:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Using collusion, bots, or automated software to operate games.
• Match manipulation or collusion with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or hacking.

9bit reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without cause. In particular:

• An account may be closed without notice in the event of a breach of the Terms.
• Valid balances in suspended accounts are generally returned, however in cases of fraud they may be fully or partially forfeited.
• Users may also request to close their own account — please contact support.

New members can receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (not the deposit amount, only the bonus).

• Each bonus has its own terms and conditions — please read the relevant terms before accepting a bonus.
• If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to claim a bonus using multiple accounts, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 9bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are only usable for gaming activities.
• The bonus amount is not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met.

9bit's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular and active gaming. Detailed benefits for each VIP tier are available on the platform and 9bit reserves the right to modify the benefits structure at any time.

9bit firmly believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity. The following protective measures are available for platform users:

• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily close your own account for a set period if you wish.
• Deposit Limits: It is possible to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Personal limits can be placed on betting amounts.
